I recently spent 4 wks traveling cross country in my Mazda 3. When I arrived in San Jose, it was important for to get my car checked out. Not knowing where to go, I looked up Mazda dealerships on the Internet. The feedback and customer reviews were so positive that I had to call for an appointment and see for myself.

From the initial phone conversation with Josh, I was impressed.Josh was friendly and truly concerned about understanding my service needs. He spent the time to understand my trip, my mileage and what I wanted to have done with my car. Josh never made me feel rushed or forced into service that I did not need or want. He took the time to ask about my trip and he seemed interested in my experience across Canada and the country.

When I arrived at Mazda for my service, I was late. Josh did not seem to mind and his teammate Mark jumped right in to help. Mark chatted with me about living in NY as he took the car info that he needed. Both Mark and Josh made me feel comfortable as the customer.

I would highly recommend your dealership for service and sales, and I will definitely pass on the word about your friendly staff.

Is amazing their automotive knowledge, not to mention how helpful, honest, patient and educated. They help me in this small project of painting all the silver logos and trims of our Mazda MPV and to repair our Mazda RX-8, Thank you very much for the way you run your business and to have people like them in your staff. 

I write this not only as a very satisfied Mazda customer, but an ex-after sales manager of Mercedes Benz factory in Brazil, as a race driver and as a business owner, not only us, (my partner and me), but all people that we indicate to Capitol Mazda, agree with me and are happy with the sales and the most important now days the &quot;after sales respect&quot;, this worth more that money in my opinion, my partner works in the automotive market here in San Jose for more than 20 years, (we own a tire recycling plant and environment consulting company), is very common that people ask us about cars, what they should by what brand, where to go and others, I can tell you that all people I indicated to Capitol Mazda are happy with their cars and the Mazda service.

I&#039;ve worked in vehicle sales in the past, and I know what is important - honesty, integrity, and outstanding customer service at the initial time of purchase, as well as afterward (Gitea, Kathi, and Nick are the best!). Gitea went over everything on the car when I took delivery, something most dealerships forget, and he always greets me when I am waiting for my car to be serviced. Their service and parts departments are the best too, and I highly recommend them for non-warranty work. Mike Rudolph (service manager) even responded to confirm my online service appointment via his BlackBerry at 10:30 pm on a Friday night! Ralph Hatley, the parts department manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was notified when a part for warranty work had arrived so I could schedule an appointment for installation. These are just examples of the kind of service I have come to expect. I am a woman and have always been treated with dignity and respect by everyone at Capitol Mazda. I feel like family, and that feels great! You will always be glad you purchased your vehicles at Capitol Mazda San Jose!</description>
