I purchased a new VW GTI from Capitol VW in San Jose over the internet. I was very impressed with the honesty and integrity that Huck and Jeremy displayed during the sale. I was very satisfied with this service experience. Everything was very good. The service advisor, Frank Santos did an excellent job. Chris, the mechanic was great to. The service advisor went above and beyond his expectations, he called me a few times with updates. I felt very confident bringing my son’s Volkswagen to the dealership rather than a general service shop. The parts department was good to. I have a 2007 Dodge, but once my warranty is expired, I may trade it in on a Volkswagen GTI so I can continue to use Capitol Volkswagen.
I just signed the papers and picked up my new Volkswagen EOS. What a beautiful car. It has power, elegance, and fuel efficiency. It’s easy to see why VW is outselling every American car maker.

At first I was kinda disappointed that Bob Baqleh wasnt there to assist us. And I just wanted to deal with Bob himself since I’ve been talking to him about our situation for weeks prior to the visit. So while waiting for him about 20minutes past a very nice gentleman approach me and said that Bob had explained to him our situation so he assisted us in test driving and choosing the right vehicle .. he was very patient, approachable, knowledgeable and SINCERE.. You can tell from his eyes that he wasnt B’Sing …
He was there from start to finish.. He’s name is Dino Joseph.. Aside from the waiting period which always happens I can truly say that VW Capitol is a great place to buy a new or used car … We cant complain about the service they showed us.. We even loved the Finance Manager Rachel Fuentes .. She’s a doll.. I would highly recommend VW Capitol to anyone that wants to buy VW or some other used vehicles…

I’ve used the “buns warmer” even though I told you, “yah, I can live without that,” and I throughly enjoy blaring the CD player and shifting the gears like I’m a race car driver! My experience here was the best. always taken care of when i come in. I just love my car you would’nt belive the looks that I get. Yes love every minute of it. The sales crew never gave up until we found the right car for me and boy was it a looker, I mean when i got in this car it just had me written all over it . The color was great at first I thought the color was not a looker it just took me to get in and see Ya this is me. I had the whole car lot coming up and saying that is you.

You have done an excellent Job with your sales folks. They were not waiting outside my door when I pulled up. They waited a couple seconds before I got out of the car, which won me over. I was next door at Capital Ford and they started asking me what they can show me before I got out of the car, a big turn off. Then the guy was rude to my niece which confirmed my decision not to buy from them. Gus Aburizek was very nice and his employees are very nice. Khaled Aldada was very nice to me. You really have a good team of people, every one was extra friendly with the same hospitality. I LOVED it and would definitely buy a car here again.
