I was very satisfied with this service experience. Everything was very good. The service advisor, Frank Santos did an excellent job. Chris, the mechanic was great to. The service advisor went above and beyond his expectations, he called me a few times with updates. I felt very confident bringing my son’s Volkswagen to the dealership rather than a general service shop. The parts department was good to. I have a 2007 Dodge, but once my warranty is expired, I may trade it in on a Volkswagen GTI so I can continue to use Capitol Volkswagen.
