My last 3 cars have been BMW, Honda, and Nissan, and none of their service folks come close to Kristina’s professionalism, knowledge, FAST email responses, timely updates via phone, and most of all, RESULTS. In a nutshell, my service was done right, and done right the first time, and I now plan to come back to Oak Tree and to Kristina for all of my service needs based on this Excellent experience. Thank You!</description>

		<description>I was very satisfied with this service experience. Everything was very good. The service advisor, Frank Santos did an excellent job. Chris, the mechanic was great to. The service advisor went above and beyond his expectations, he called me a few times with updates. I felt very confident bringing my son’s Volkswagen to the dealership rather than a general service shop. The parts department was good to. I have a 2007 Dodge, but once my warranty is expired, I may trade it in on a Volkswagen GTI so I can continue to use Capitol Volkswagen.</description>

I actually wanted to send this earlier but my life right now is a bit chaotic. Still I want to take the time to let you know what an incredible experience I had with Dan Vasquez.

This gentleman went beyond the call of duty to help me. He was considerate, kind, caring, knowledgeable, on task, courteous and a whole lot more. He, single handed made my awful and very challenging experience of being stuck in the bay area with my transmission not being available for two weeks and all the other events and tasks waiting for me down here in southern ca, tolerable and even O.K.

Any person can be a manager, but very few can and are truly interested in the well being of their customers. You can’t fake that. Dan Vasquez is the ultimate example to that. He truly cared and did everything he could to take care of me and I appreciated that very much.

I believe the greatest proof to my satisfaction and his clear honesty came when at the end of my experience and when my car was ready, I actually changed my mind from NEVER driving my car to the bay area again, to, I should bring it every year to your dealership for service as I will not be able to find another dealer or another service mgr as honest , helpful and knowledgeable as Dan Vasquez.

I thank God that put me in touch with him that day and not any other person. I thank him for being the wonderful human being and great mgr that he is.

I thank you for being an honest dealership that cares about your customer to encourage and give authority to your mgr to help your customers and make such a successful experience out of  an awful one.

Again my thanks to all of you and please recognize and reward with more authority to Dan Vasquez, this great mgr so he can create more success stories like mine for the rest of your customers.
