We worked with Val Kuncheff. We looked at many dealerships but Fletcher Jones had the selection we wanted and the best price. Val was straightforward, professional, and helped us close the deal. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a very positive experience, and will be referring our friends to Val and Fletcher Jones in the future.

Val Kuncheff and Fletcher Jones dealership provided us with a perfect car (E-350) along with low sales pressure and professionalism.I would highly recommend Mr.Kuncheff and Fletcher Jones Motorcars to anyone purchasing a Mercedes, you will not be disappointed. Unlike the other Dealership that I was considering, corners were not cut when the car was serviced, they went beyond what the other Dealer would do and this was a 2900 mi.car.

After driving by this dealership for years I finally was able to afford my dream car. A CLS Class 5.5. I was very impressed with the total service I received. I could tell that Fletcher Jones Motorcars really has put a lot of effort into creating a wonderful customer experience. Everyone was courteous and professional but most of all I was taken by how efficiently the sales process was handled. I was never left waiting or made to feel uneasy. The car is just a dream come true and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
