Both Chan and Jeff worked extremely well with us…there was no hidden fees or anything that we had not agreed on prior to coming to the dealership. The knowledge that they both had in the car was excellent. I hear Jeff is the “New Guy” still. That he has been there for 4 years and is still the new guy really says something about your dealership. My initial visit eight years ago was with Mike Baggs. He has surpassed all expectations! Since then I have purchased at least five vehicles from him. Mike is outstanding on all levels. BMW service department rates at the top also.
Don McDonough was great. Also, the younger gentleman that helped me was fantastic, friendly, and very courteous.

I had a great experience with the sales process. Steve was great!! He even texted me as means of follow up, which for me, is how I communicate best. He understood my needs and listened to what I needed. I didn’t need to buy a car that day, but I did because he listened and helped me get into the best car for me.
I have had a few encounters in my 3 weeks of ownership with the service department. So far it has been seamless, and I’ve been able to make appointments online, and receive a response from someone quickly.
Overall, keep up the good work!
If all people who sell autos could be as sincere and straight forward as Mike Baggs all car transactions would be a beautiful thing.
Wally is the best sales person, this is my fourth car transaction with him, and he is the reason I keep coming back to KUNI. I do not look forward to car transactions but with Wally he makes it fun and I feel like he really takes care of me and has my best interest at heart. I look forward to seeing and dealing with him every few years, without even looking at any competitor’s BMW or otherwise. I do value the tremendous service he provides.
