This service was arranged through Wally Van Shelt, a Sales/Leasing Consultant. He picked up my car and left a loaner. He returned it the same day. I have purchased/leased 3 model 7 series at Kuni through Wally. He is outstanding in customer service and completely removes any stress in buying or servicing my vehicles. As long as Wally is there, I will always be a very loyal customer.
I want to live at Kuni BMW!!! They have clean and pleasant people, free hot & cold drinks, nice TV’s to watch and again a clean place to sit and wait. They have shopping (cars and clothes) and a very comfy environment. In fact, who wouldn’t want to spend time there? I would guess if I was hungry someone would go and get me something to eat! Drive me anywhere I wanted to go, lend me a beautiful and clean car, take me to a mall……..the list is endless. The questions is: what wouldn’t they do for me?
