    Absolutely fabulous service. Courteous, professional, they thought of everything to make my life easier when I had my vehicle towed there, even when it turned out to be (we think) a hiccup in the fuel. I also had them detail it while it was in the shop and my 8-year-old car looks stunning.

    My service adviser, Rob, is great! He’s extremely knowledgeable and always always helpful. He obtained an excellent price on some specialized snow tires (really shopped them for me and gave me needed information on what was available). The crew did an excellent job on bagging the summer tires.
    The 60,000 mile service was performed and the X-5 runs like it’s new. Rob also expertly handled a problem with a brake light bulb frequently blowing (socket was defective), not ignoring the problem because it was minor. Thanks!

    Marci was great. I also would like to mention that Davie Sprigg in Sales does a great job. My wife recently bought a Toyota and the employees at the Toyota dealership were slimey and unpleasant to deal with. In contrast, the employees at Kuni BMW are professional and considerate. Nice work!

I have previously been to another local BMW dealership service department with a different BMW vehicle and they did not have the quality level of service Kuni has.

    I dropped by the dealership to get new wiper blades for my car since it was raining like crazy that day and my service agreement provides one free pair per year. They took me in right away and told me that I was also due for an oil change which they asked if they could take care of at the same time. After only about an hour I got new wiperblades and my oil changed – The Saturday team is great!
