    Kristina was absolutely the best service consultant I have worked with at any dealership. My last 3 cars have been BMW, Honda, and Nissan, and none of their service folks come close to Kristina’s professionalism, knowledge, FAST email responses, timely updates via phone, and most of all, RESULTS. In a nutshell, my service was done right, and done right the first time, and I now plan to come back to Oak Tree and to Kristina for all of my service needs based on this Excellent experience.     Dear Mr. Carothers, This is a very belated THANK YOU SO MUCH for replacing my transmission at a more affordable cost. I NEVER would have expected this from a dealer-owned service shop. You know a lot about retaining satisfied customers. In addition, of course, the service and staff were exceptional, courteous, and very respectful. I love all your service advisors: Tim, Kristina, Robert. For the transmission problem, Kristina led the whole way ensuring that I had total customer satisfaction. She is awesome!     Excellent service! I had noticed a river of green coming from the front passenger side area. Since my 19 month old daughter was with me, I was concerned about being stuck on the side of the road with her. Your team handled my “drive up” need immediately – put me in a rental, even moved the car seat for me, and had a diagnosis in shortly. The actual repair was done sooner than forecasted and with less labor. When I picked up the car, the backseat area had been cleaned – no sign of toddler snack debris. Also, your team helped move the car seat from the rental back to my car. Aside from regretting the need to spend a couple thousand on repair and scheduled maintenance, I am a happy customer.     I want to pass along a thank you to Kristina in your service dept. We brought in are Mazda 3 with some electrical issues that were very diifucult to diagonis. Krisitna insured the vehicle was checked from top to bottom before returing the car to us repaired. knowiing that my daughter attends West Valley College the dealership provided us a vehicle as well. Customer Service is tops with Oak Tree Mazda

    I had exceptional customer service from Alan Carothers. Also I found Tim Trompeter to be very helpful, and professional. I even thought the courtesy shuttle driver was just a real good guy. Overall A+ rating to this service department.
