Tom Frank, who has cared for my Allroad (and me) for years, is the epitomy of the professional and caring service consultant. Tom has consistantly expedited my Allroad&#039;s repairs and to arrange, when necessary, a loaner car for me.

It&#039;s always a pleasure to come the 70 or so miles to your facility as I know all will be done for my machine in excellent fashion.

This is to express our confidence in you and Sonnen.  when we decided to buy a non-Nissan for the first time since 1994, because the local dealer had closed,   we selected Sonnen to begin our shopping because of the excellent engineering afforded by Volkswagen and the reputation of the local dealer.  we were not disappointed.  from the reception desk on, all the personnel we met were friendly and professional.  the receptionist sent me to you, you sent me to Ludie, Ludie educated us as to product, and you and he closed the sale in a very satisfactory manner.  we couldn’t be more pleased with the car, and look forward to an excellent long relationship with you and all the people at Sonnen.  a very Clean Place, too, which counts a lot with me!

I wanted to send a quick thank you for great service I had this past Saturday.  My Audi broke down on the way home from work on Friday night.  I was able to get it to Sonnen on Saturday morning but told it would not be seen until Monday due to a large amount of appointments that day.  I rented a car and figured that was the end of it for the weekend.  But then I heard from Matt, who told me he was able to have it looked at and I could pick it up at the end of the day!  He also found a problem with it that I had previously taken it in for twice before and nobody was able to diagnose!

I was greatly pleased with the timely service because I am an ER nurse who works 12 hours shifts and had to work that entire weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun).  I was back in my car by the end of my shift on Saturday and I owe it to Matt Forsythe.  He was so professional and helpful and I want to make sure he is recognized for his service.

I thought I could do it on my own and wound up having to bring it in. I had no appointment and yet Will heard what I needed and helped me out.
