To whom it may concern, This is a letter of thanks to “Will”, one of your greeters. I recently needed to replace a headlight bulb, (drivers side), on my Jetta. I thought I could do it on my own and wound up having to bring it in. I had no appointment and yet Will heard what I needed and helped me out. He probably spent a good 15-20 minutes replacing the bulb, (much more difficult than the passenger side), and then when I asked him how much I owed, he waved me off and said no charge. I then tried to. give him some cash as a tip and he wouldn’t accept it. I have always been happy with the service at Sonnen and this is a perfect example why. Please forward this to Will’s supervisor. I hope Sonnen can recognize what a great employee he is.
