About three months ago, I began my search for a dependable and affordable used vehicle.  This search was leading me to Internet scams ,so I decided continue my search within the Santa Rosa area car dealers lots.
 
When I stopped at Sonnen Motorcars I was immediately greeted by a smiling and attentive sales representative, Skye, followed by his manager, Nader Safale.

I discussed my desire to purchase a used SUV.  Nader explained that the Passat Station wagon had all the features of an SUV and was a better value because of the fuel economy.

I agreed to test drive the Passat, and Skye rode along with me, and happily answered all of my questions.  The first thing I noticed was how comfortable and powerful the 04 Passat was on the road.  I was totally impressed with the handling on the curves and hills.

Still I wasn’t convinced I wanted a station wagon. 
 
I was a little nervous and concerned that day, as my close friend, Jay, whose opinion and wisdom I value, was unable to come with me and help me make a “wise decision”. I wasn’t sure I had asked all the “key questions”.  I had been without a vehicle for two months and was unsure I would make a decision based on just the test drive.

 I asked Nader if it would be okay if I called Jay if he would talk to him and allow him to ask questions about the 04 Passat.  Nader pleasantly stated he was happy to talk to Jay.  This conversation went on for about 40 minutes.  Before hanging up, Nader handed me the phone and I listened while my friend encouraged me to make this purchase based on his research and the conversation that he had with Nader. 
 
Jay agreed that the 04 Passat Stationwagon was an outstanding car for the price.  Based on the wisdom of my friend, Jay, and Nader’s professionalism and attention (and his willingness to talk to my close friend) I felt very pleased and confident that I had a wonderful car. 
 
I appreciate Nader’s willingness  for allowing me a “second opinion” and was very impressed with his professionalism and warmth.
 
The  outstanding customer service, the professionalism, the pleasant environment at Sonnen Motorcars exemplifies the wonderful job that Nader Safale is doing at your Santa Rosa location.
