First of let me thank you for the 5000 mile service coupon. I did take advantage of it this past Monday.

This letter is to thank and commend all the service department personnel involved with my car. Spacial mention to the shuttle driver, to the cashier, and especially to service advisor Adam Harold. He went the extra mile to settle an issue for us.
