Kristina was absolutely the best service consultant I have worked
with at any dealership. My last 3 cars have been BMW, Honda, and Nissan, and
none of their service folks come close to Kristina’s professionalism,
knowledge, FAST email responses, timely updates via phone, and most of all,
RESULTS. In a nutshell, my service was done right, and done right the first
time, and I now plan to come back to Oak Tree and to Kristina for all of my
