I took my 1999 Ford Taurus to Sunnyvale Ford for a rebuild. I worked with Matin Kharie (Excellent!) to set up the appointment to bring the car in. I delivered the car on a Tuesday. The place was very busy, but I was greeted and shown where to park the car without having to wait. I acquired a rental car and was on my way.

The car was ready in just over two weeks (not bad for a full engine rebuild) and I dropped off the rental and picked up my Taurus on Friday. So far after three months the car has been running like new, as it should. Over all I give the experience high marks for professionalism and efficiency. It was all I hoped it would be, and they delivered.
